AI has made building websites easier than ever. Because of that, there are now thousands of people starting web design businesses, offering websites to companies and trying to make money from it. But here's my opinion as someone who has been in the web design business for years: Just because AI makes it easier to build websites doesn't mean you know how to run a successful web design business. I've noticed that a lot of new web designers get stuck on the same idea: finding businesses that don't have a website and offering to build one for them. In my opinion, that's becoming an outdated approach. Those businesses are already on every web designer's prospect list.
