Write For Us

Daily AI News welcomes news tips and guest contributions from writers, researchers, founders and industry professionals with genuine expertise or a story worth telling. Here’s how to submit.

Submitting a news tip

If you know about an AI-industry development — a launch, a funding round, a policy change, a research finding — that hasn’t been widely covered yet, send us the details at admin@dailyainews.today with the subject line “News tip”. Please include:

  • A one- or two-sentence summary of what happened
  • Links to any public source material, press releases, or documentation
  • Why you think it matters to our readers

We verify tips independently before publishing and can’t guarantee coverage of every submission, but we read every one.

Pitching a guest blog post

We accept a limited number of guest posts from writers with genuine subject-matter expertise. We’re looking for original analysis, practical guides, and informed opinion — not recycled press releases or thinly veiled product promotion.

What we’re looking for

  • Original work. Your submission must be written specifically for us and not published elsewhere first (including your own blog or LinkedIn).
  • Substance over length. We’d rather publish 600 genuinely useful words than 2,000 padded ones. Most guest posts run 600–1,200 words.
  • Clear sourcing. Back up factual claims and statistics with linkable sources.
  • A real point of view. Explain, teach, or argue something — avoid generic “top 10 AI tools” listicle filler.

How to pitch

Email admin@dailyainews.today with the subject line “Guest post pitch” and include:

  • A short pitch or outline (a few sentences is enough — you don’t need to write the full piece first)
  • A sentence or two about your relevant background or expertise
  • Links to any previous published writing, if available

We aim to respond to pitches within a week. If we’re interested, we’ll follow up with full submission guidelines and a deadline.

A few ground rules

We don’t accept paid or sponsored placements disguised as editorial content, AI-generated submissions passed off as original human writing, or content that promotes a product without disclosed context. Submissions containing plagiarized material will be rejected outright. By submitting content to us, you confirm it’s your own original work and that you have the right to grant us permission to publish it.
